Don Oscar 2nd message, baffling

Message to Humantiy from Oscar Arredondo, Part 2:

In the past there were Beings who were worthy to return to Earth. They were terrestials in the past. They are here. The Valley of Satiago is like Switzerland. There can be many wars all over the world but it is a safehaven. The Native Uriel is a reserved Indian. Let me say that he is very obedient. He is is a man full of wisdom. Uriel can make the rocks speak.

The Indian Uriel took me (Don Oscar) to meet 2 extreterrestials: one was the Supreme Leader of Saturn, and the other was Quetzacoatl. When speaking to an extraterrestial it is interesting. You don't know if your talking to an extraterrestial in the present, in the past, or in the future. Around 1960, a Vatican monk, invented a time machine. They went to the past, to the time of Jesus Christ, and took a picture of him in agony on the cross. They brought the picture back to the present but that caused a scandal and they did not like it at all. It won't be long before time travel will be possible!

Don Oscar states that as a result of his investigation and discoveries they took away his internet service. The next discovery on Earth will be more important that the landing in the moon and more important that the discovery of North America. The Earth is hallow and it is populated by E.T.'s. The main entrance to the Inner Earth, and one that is accessible, is located at Culiacan, Mexico. The 2 worlds, the terrestial Earth and the Inner Earth will become one: One unity, one language, one government, one science based on the Science of Hyperdimensionality: the use of Psychometric Symbols.

It is important to note that Science has evolved significantly since the 1950's. The E.T's state never say that "they" have contributed significantly towards this advancement because such revelation should take place gradually.

When you enter the Inner Tunnels inside the earth you have to go with a guide. For the Americans I have a message. In Texas you have the the "University of HyperDimension." The custodian of that university is the Army. Only those individuals who have been deemed worth, who have invented something beneficial for humanity, are members. They use the language of the symbols. Like a triangle. The energy used in the right use of a triangle in place according to the 4 directions. This is called "Han-Allen" (not sure of spelling), discovered in the 1960.
